We carry both residential and commercial products. At Kevin & Richard Plumbing & Heating Supplies, no order is too big or too small for us to handle. If we don't have the necessary part on hand we can special order it and have it in your hands as soon as possible.
Not necessarily. If you don’t see a plumbing and/or heating product brand name that you want, contact us and we can check our stock for it's availability. If not, we may be able to special order the product that you desire.

No. While we stock many products that come with a warranty, those specific products are under coverage only by retailers/wholesalers that are representatives for that product's manufacturer. Our staff would be happy to refer you to a representative where your warranty may be in effect.
There are no returns or exchanges on electrical controls. The title to the materials remain in Kevin & Richard Plumbing & Heating Supplies's name until they are paid for completely. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for merchandise returned. Claims for shortage or errors must be made at once; additionally, items cannot be returned after 30 days. It is mutually agreed with the customer that Kevin & Richard Plumbing & Heating Supplies reserves the right to charge & collect attorney's fees of 33 1/3% as well as a charge of 2% monthly on past due accounts.
